VANCOUVER, B.C. — Snow and cold are normal occurrences this time of year, but when snow falls in southwestern B.C. and the temperature drops below freezing, it’s always an adventure.
Many people in the usually temperate areas of Greater Vancouver and parts of Vancouver Island awoke Sunday to find a good dump of snow outside.
